Refund policy
Livestock Show Equipment is happy to accept returns. All merchandise must be returned in unopened containers with the original product packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Returns can be processed through US Mail, FedEx, UPS, large freight shippers, or other carriers. For returns from Australia, we also accept returns via Australia Post, TNT, StarTrack, or other local carriers.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which is assigned through our returns center. Packages without proper documentation may not be able to be processed or may be subject to longer processing times.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned merchandise.

Make sure that all items that are returned are packed in the appropriate sized box and all items are secured within the package. Items and contents can shift during transit and properly securing items will prevent damage.
Returning Knives or Sharp Items:
Knives or items with sharp edges must be returned in original packaging making sure sharp edges or points are properly covered for the safety of the handlers.
Returning Large Freight Items:
Large freight items can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Please note, that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items. If this item was damaged in shipping please contact customer service for more information.
Warranty Information
Livestock Show Equipment warrants its aluminum, galvanized, and steel livestock equipment products for one year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under correct and proper use, as well as normal operating conditions. This warranty does not apply to any component parts not manufactured by Livestock Show Equipment.
Prior authorization from Livestock Show Equipment’s customer service department is required before any component parts or equipment can be accepted for repair, replacement, or credit under this warranty. Repair or replacement will be at the discretion of Livestock Show Equipment. This warranty will not apply if it is determined that the equipment or parts have been subjected to abuse, misuse, damage outside the control of Livestock Show Equipment or its employees, or altered by anyone other than Livestock Show Equipment or its authorized agents.
Express Warranties:
Livestock Show Equipment provides express warranties only as described in this document. There are no other express warranties or conditions, except as specifically stated. This warranty is exclusive and in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. There are no implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any Livestock Show Equipment product is not what you expected, simply return it promptly to the place of purchase for a refund.
